Biobank
The Biobank of the Universidad de Navarra, in order to improve transparency and accessibility for researchers, has developed an electronic catalog that allows consultation of the availability of samples stored for use in research projects.
All samples are grouped by pathology or by the purpose for which they are collected in series or projects, and have associated data sets. This makes it possible to narrow down searches according to donor characteristics, associated pathologies (diagnosis or ICD10) or the particularities of the sample itself, such as type, tissue origin or availability of paired samples.
Our catalog is updated periodically and allows real-time queries on our collections with great precision, although the results will always have to be confirmed with a formalized query to the biobank (biobanco@unav.es)
